How can agents share another agent’s property portfolio with permission?

Before presenting a partner property, agree which materials you may use, for which audience, for how long and what happens on withdrawal. Being able to view a listing does not grant permission to present or republish it.

  1. Check the source and availability

Contact the source agent to confirm the portfolio is current and the information to be shared is accurate.

  2. Agree the scope of permission

Agree which photos and details may be used, for which client and for how long. Permission is not a commission agreement.

  3. Track changes and withdrawal

Use only permitted material. If permission expires or is withdrawn, the related platform presentation closes; copies sent outside the platform cannot be recalled.

Practical example

Your client in Istanbul asks about a Dubai apartment. You request permission from the source agent to use specified images in one client presentation for an agreed period. That permission does not automatically cover posting the images on a portal or social media.

How can Orvex Estate help?

Depending on verification and enabled pilot features, Orvex Estate helps you connect with the source agent and discuss portfolio permission. Use only approved materials in available presentation workflows. Agents agree commercial terms directly; Orvex does not hold or distribute commissions.

Common questions

Is portfolio permission a commission agreement?

No. Permission to use materials and the commercial terms of collaboration are separate. Agree responsibilities, communication and any commercial terms directly with the source agent.

What happens if the source agent withdraws permission?

The related platform presentation closes. Previously downloaded files and copies sent outside the platform cannot be recalled, so agree external sharing limits in advance.
